Helping The Disabled & The Elderly

Supporting the vulnerable around the world

providing facilities for the disabled, elderly and the vulnerable

We aim to provide facilities for the disabled, elderly and the vulnerable around our main charity working areas including the UK. We can help by supplying basic items and essentials that make life more comfortable and enjoyable for those less fortunate than us.

Helping the elderly

helping the elderly with medical aid, housing support, food aid and other financial aid packages

Friends For You is helping the elderly with medical aid, housing support, food aid and where appropriate financial aid packages to provide comfort in life. Many people have no access to medical assistance because hospitals are many miles away and not affordable. Many have difficulty with eyesight as they have never received eye treatment. A simple eye test and operation can restore or improve sight.

Friends For You trustees have travelled to many villages that are without access to many facilities for poor and vulnerable people, especially the elderly.

For eye operations, we give travel expenses to take these people to hospitals that have eye specialist doctors. Once checked and diagnosed, we pay the hospital directly to carry out treatment to restore or improve sight. Eye operations cost approximately £50/£60.

We have many potential patients on our list who need this simple procedure for receiving eye treatment. Please help us to provide as many people as possible.
